Heading: Reflection and Self-Accountability
The last Friday of Ramadan is a moment of deep reflection. According to Ja'far al-Sadiq, a true believer is one who constantly evaluates their actions and strives for improvement.
Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S) emphasized that Ramadan is a training period. By the time Jumma-tul-Wida arrives, a believer should assess whether they have truly benefited from this sacred month.
The Quran states: “O you who believe, fear Allah and be with those who are truthful” (Surah At-Tawbah 9:119). This verse encourages sincerity and honesty, which are essential qualities for self-accountability.
Ahl-e-Bait (A.S) taught that this day should be spent in deep التفكير (reflection). One should think about their actions, seek forgiveness, and make a plan for the future.
This day also highlights the importance of consistency. Worship should not end with Ramadan. Instead, it should continue throughout the year.
In conclusion, Jumma-tul-Wida teaches believers to reflect, improve, and stay consistent in their faith.
